Corporate rates

Monthly rates start from €1,100 (single) and €1,300 (double) per studio with bills included; volume and long-term discounts are available for companies. Email help@limassolheritage.studio with dates and headcount for a quote.

Long-term lease for residence permit and work visa

For stays of 6 months or longer we sign an official long-term tenancy agreement for your studio. Guests use it as proof of accommodation when applying for a temporary residence permit (pink slip), a work permit / work visa, family reunification or a Cyprus bank account. The agreement is issued by SELVESTINEU LTD with the address of the property, the term and the rent.

  • Lease term: 6, 12 months or longer, renewable
  • Agreement in English (Greek copy on request)
  • Rent receipts and a letter confirming your address on request
  • Rent with all bills included — no separate utility contracts in your name needed

Document requirements are set by the Civil Registry and Migration Department and may change; tell us which application the lease is for and we will prepare it accordingly.

Yes. Invoices are issued by SELVESTINEU LTD, a Cyprus-registered company, and payment by bank transfer is accepted.

Can you host a whole team?

Yes, up to 13 people in 8 private studios in one house, with a shared courtyard and laundry.

What is the minimum stay for corporate housing?

There is no fixed minimum; monthly rates apply from 28 nights.

How much is a rental with a lease for a residence permit in Limassol?

We issue an official lease for a residence permit (pink slip) and work permit for stays of 6 months or more. The price is the same as our monthly rate: single studios from €1,100 and double studios from €1,300 a month, with all bills, Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning included.
