Studio apartment or regular flat?
These are studios, not multi-bedroom flats: one room with a bed, desk, kitchenette and private bathroom. Families or groups can take two neighbouring studios or the whole house (up to 13 guests). Unlike a regular flat, bills, cleaning and linen are included and you can move in right away without an agency.
