About the property
Limassol Heritage is a small boutique hotel located in a restored historic house in the heart of Limassol Old Town, just 150 metres from the sea and the Molos promenade. The property offers eight private, air-conditioned studios: five double studios and three single studios, accommodating up to 13 guests.
Every studio includes a private bathroom, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, television, wardrobe and workspace. Guests can also use the shared courtyard, lounge area and laundry facilities.
Our central location provides easy access to Limassol Marina, Limassol Castle, the Old Port, Anexartisias shopping street, restaurants, cafés, beaches and Cyprus University of Technology. Guests can reserve an individual studio for a short or extended stay or book the entire property for families, groups, wedding guests and business travellers.

Yes. For stays of 6 months or longer we sign an official tenancy agreement that guests use as proof of accommodation for residence (pink slip) and work permit applications.
How do I get here from Larnaca or Paphos airport?
The Limassol Airport Express shuttle runs from both airports (about one hour from Larnaca); a taxi takes about 50–60 minutes. See our airport guide for details.
