Solo travellers
Three of our studios are designed for one guest. Studios 2 and 5 are single studios on the ground floor, and Studio 6 is a separate guest house whose large window opens straight onto the garden. Each has a single bed, private shower room, kitchenette and a desk, which makes them popular with people on business trips, conference visitors and remote workers.
Couples
Five double studios have a double bed. Studio 1 is the most spacious; Studio 3 has garden access; Studio 4 is a compact, better-value option; Studios 7 and 8 are on the second floor. All have a private bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Short stays: a few nights or a week
For a city break, a wedding or a conference, book by the night. Check-in is from 15:00 (late arrival until 22:00 on request) and check-out by 11:00. For a week or two the nightly rate applies; send us your dates and we will confirm the total.
Monthly accommodation in Limassol
Many guests arrive for work or relocation and need a base while they look for a flat. For 28 nights or more, our monthly stays start from €1,100 for a single studio and €1,300 for a double, with electricity, water, Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning included — no deposits for utilities and no furniture to buy. For stays of six months or more we can provide an official tenancy agreement for residence (pink slip) and work permit applications. Families and groups
Families can book two or more studios in the same house and share the courtyard. For weddings, team trips or friends travelling together, you can rent the whole house: 8 studios with 5 double and 3 single beds for up to 13 guests, a courtyard patio and a shared laundry, about 300 m² in total.

Central location, close to the sea
The house is at Vasiliou Makedonos 56 in the Old Town: about 150 m from the sea and the Molos promenade, 5 minutes on foot from the sandy Akti Olympion beach and about 50 m from Anexartisias shopping street. The castle, the Old Port and Limassol Marina are a few minutes' walk away, so you can live here without a car.
