1. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00, check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
2. Registration
Upon check-in, a passport or other identification document must be presented for each guest.
3. Payment and deposit
Payment is made upon check-in by card or cash if the reservation has not been prepaid online. The hotel has the right to request a deposit for the safety of property, which is returned upon departure.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation no later than 7 days before arrival date. For later cancellations or no-shows, the cost of the first night will be charged. Non-refundable rates will be stated at the time of booking.
5. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the building and in the rooms. Smoking is allowed in the designated area of the patio. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee.
6. Silence
Please observe silence from 22:00 to 08:00 - the hotel is located in a residential historical quarter.
7. Visitors
Guests not staying at the hotel may stay in their rooms from 08:00 to 22:00 upon agreement with the administration.
8. Children and extra seats
Children are welcome. A baby cot is available upon request. The number of guests cannot exceed the capacity of the room.
9. Animals
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.
10. Responsibility
The guest is financially responsible for damage or loss of hotel property. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left outside the safe in the room.
11. Other
